Our Founder’s Journey: From Trials to Triumph
"My name is Inca Manningham, and I am the Founder and Owner/Operator of WOEFAN. My journey to this moment has been anything but easy, but every challenge I faced was a stepping stone toward the mission we serve today.
Growing up, I was an "A" student, a singer, and an athlete—yet I faced the daily pain of bullying and the weight of being a young mother at fifteen. For years, I carried the silent burden of abuse as a child, a teen, and a wife. My path led me through the darkest corners of life—from homelessness and addiction to the constant struggle of trying to provide a perfect world for my five children while my own was falling apart.
But... through the darkness, I found a light that never faded. My faith became the anchor for my sanity and the strength that helped me beat Stage 2 Cancer in 2021. Today, as a successful entrepreneur and a survivor, I lead WOEFAN—which stands for 'Weeping Only Endures For A Night.
We are here because I know what it’s like to feel lost, and I know the power of finding your way back. I’ve spent two years building this nonprofit to be the resource I once had to find on my own. I’m so glad you’re here, and I invite you to become a vital part of the change we are creating together."
